Enable a conditional row filter for loops in PDF Designer

It would be great to have a way to configure an instance of a loop on the PDF Designer to only show rows that have some particular property, such as one of these examples:

All included fields in row = "not blank"
Field3 = Yes
Field5 > 8
Etc.

This is similar to this request, but focused on loops and approachable from the PDF Designer side.

This would enable more advanced and flexible ways to use and present the data from loops on a PDF, especially when there are situations where you may have more than one loop display section referring to the same loop.
