PDF Email - Insufficient data for an image

Hi All, 

 

I seem to be encountering a recurring problem when i have created an app. When i use the Email TO option to send the form out via email attachment the PDF i receive cannot be opened. Its as if its tried to load the PDF but its corrupt. It says the following: Any ideas ? Its rather frustrating when my clients are ringing me back saying they cant view the PDF sent.

    Hi Jamie,

    I've seen this happen when the logo file got corrupted. Could you try re-uploading your logo and seeing if that resolves the issue?
