Is there a way to create an overall percentage for an inspection list? If there are 10 items and 6 passed and 4 failed it would say the total score is 60%?

Good question! At this time, there is no direct way to display or calculate percent values from the App Builder.
However, you could use the scoring system detailed in this Help Center topic to create a Pass/Fail inspection list, then display a Total Score value.
Instead of following the 'Show Pass/Fail Results' step from the instructions, you could display the 'Total Score' Calculation field with a label of 'Percentage Passed' or 'Total Score Percentage'.
Just be sure to include an extra step of multiplying the Total Score by 10, to get the percentage value, as opposed to the number of fields that passed inspection.
