When updating a form that we pull data from (in CSV format), it would be helpful to be able to re-order the column that new fields are put into, at present a new control is inserted in the location in the csv where it appears on the form, ideally we could either put new fields to the end or choose where they go so that API calls could be consistent in called for a specific column without it moving each time a fields is inserted or removed.
