When creating a dispatch, we have the option to have a verbose subject line with relevant data. After processing that dispatch in a workflow where submissions are handed off to multiple people, this verbose subject line is lost. The subject line becomes simply what the hand-off is named. I want the verbose subject line back from the original dispatch and/or the ability to dynamically customize the subject line of a hand off between workflows.

Thank you for this feedback! I can see how maintaining the Dispatch Description across multiple handoffs would be helpful.
For this feature, would you like to keep the original Dispatch Description throughout the Workflow process, or would you prefer the option to customize the subject line at each handoff?
Either would be acceptable, however, I think having a choice between the two would be the best.
I think long-term a option to customize the subject line would be more flexible and in tune with the GoCanvas mindset.
In the interests of expedited development of features, maintaining the original dispatch description would probably be easier to implement. The hand off details could be found in the "Handoff" tab, so that data could still be found if needed without being too onerous. Then a later release could implement the customization option.
