Second handoff person cannot see her handoffs within the app where she edits them?

When our service workers finish a submission they submit it to our parts person then he adds in his information then it gets sent to accounting for final costly details. None of them are showing up on her app but they are sitting in the workflow page saying they have been sent to her?? Not sure how or why this has happened because it never has.

  Hi Casey,

  I was going to suggest connecting with Support on this one, but it looks like you've already done that. Did updating the Windows app solve the issue for you?
