convert the csv to excel

I can't convert the csv files that were export from Gocanvas in the excel file

    Hi Jutarat,

    I'd love to help you out. It sounds like you're downloading some Submission data into an Excel sheet, is that accurate? What would you like to convert that to once you've done that?
