Hi Dylan,
Two pieces of information I can share with you on this front -- the team is looking into Drawing updates as a whole, and I know that they've been working on smoothing the lines in the Signature capture. So there's definitely a focus on improving the outputs of these types of fields. I've relayed this feedback so they're aware of the Apple Pencil user perspective as well -- thanks for sharing!
