    Thanks for your feedback! I can understand how splitting the workflow and dispatch onto two screens would make managing, assigning, and reviewing things simpler from the admin's perspective. I'd love to hear more about the need on the mobile end. When using the App, are users having problems distinguishing between what is a workflow and what is a dispatch?

    Yes they are. We use GoCanvas for dispatching over 50 truck drivers. Depending on their role they may be receiving hand offs at the same time they may be dispatched.
