Permanently deleted user
Add a feature of transferring Apps on a different department only for Admin Role. This is for us to secure the apps and submissions per department specially for our Finance and HR Team.

Yeah, I can definitely see that being a problem.
Sounds like a good case to have a completely separate account. That is if you can negotiate the per user license fee on the whole of all accounts and not just one.
Separate accounts would limit your ability to interact with other departments. Any back and forth between the two accounts would have to be done with Zapier outside of GoCanvas.
I actually wish I could undo department integration and set our accounts up that way. Would make my life easier.
