User Notification Email when Integration Fails and Adding Multiple Apps to one Integration

Recently our GDrive integration stopped working and none of our users submissions were getting uploaded. I had to disconnect and reconnect the integration for all of our apps to get it working again. I submitted a ticket and apparently you guys get an email from Google when this happens, so it would be nice to get a notification on our end, instead of just getting user reports that they can't find the files.

It would also be nice if we could integrate multiple apps at once to integrate to the same external account as it took a while to reintegrate all of our apps and then check if they were working again. Most of our apps go to the same account with the same file path arguments.

Thanks

  • Hi Tom,

Thanks for reaching out! I looked into this, and it appears that there is indeed an email notification that is supposed to go to the person who set up the integration, in the event that the integration fails. If it fails a certain number of times, our support team will be notified and they will reach out proactively. However, before it ever gets to that point, the person who sets up the integration should definitely be receiving a notification of the failure. Would you kindly let us know if the person who set up the integration doesn't receive this notification again in the future? We can help troubleshoot further if that's the case.

    Thanks!
    Siobhan
