Permanently deleted user
Can you please create options for the submission time (24 hour/12 hour formats). Currently it is in military time and there's no way to change that. Whenever you use the excel mapping file to download submissions the time is shown in 12 hour AM/PM format. It would be ideal if the two times were shown in the same format. Thanks!

I completely understand why you'd want everything to be in the same format. Generally, when we have times coming from the system itself (as with Submission times), those are in 24-hour format because they're in UTC (and there are reasons for things to be in UTC: https://help.gocanvas.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360028844714/comments/360004528773). When it's information collected through an App (using a time field), that will be more user friendly. That's sort of why those two things look different.
You're right that you can't change that in the web view, but you can change that when you have things in excel: https://www.extendoffice.com/documents/excel/3609-excel-convert-date-to-timezone.html.
