Not sure if there is a request for this feature or not already. If there is let me know so I can up-like it.
It would be great if on the website there was a way to search all submissions by user without having to go into an individual app and then search by user name. This would make it easier to identify if a user submitted under an incorrect app rather than having to guess which app they were using and search within each app.

Hi Doug,
You can do this by going logging into the Web UI > Workflow and Dispatch > Advanced Search. Then you should be able to select the user, specify all apps, (choose status or select all statuses), and search.
Of couse, that doesn't seem to work unless your app(s) have workflow / dispatch enabled. Upvoted.
Yeah, it's borderline absurd that submissions aren't able to be searched/sorted by submission date, submitter or submission name (the most likely field for a business to want to be able to search).

Definitely feel free to upvote that other topic and I'll keep checking in to see when this might be coming.

Checking in on this feature. We are still running into issues where we need to search submissions by users to confirm their total submissions are accurate. We deal with many apps and are running into issues where we need to scan a users total submission to find out if they mis-submitted an app under another app by mistake. We have worked with customer support to streamline our apps as much as possible and there isn't a great way for us to avoid having multiple apps. With this we can't just check in one place to see if a user submitted an app under another name incorrectly. We're left guessing and searching each app folder to find submissions. This is time consuming and not accurate in any way. Serious problem. Please update on the status of this feature.
