We will appreciate if there is a possibility to change PDF Paper Type - Letter, A4, A5, etc...
Currently we are only allowed to use a preset format - Letter (8.5 x 11 inches).
Unfortunately this size (Letter) is only common in North America. The rest of the world uses A4 size. At least, if not other sizes, A4 must be included.
Hope this feature can be added soon.

Thank you for sharing this feedback! The option to select PDF paper sizes could certainly benefit many users around the world.
In the meantime, our Professional Services Team would be happy to help set up a custom PDF output with A4 specifications. You would just want to make sure that your App is in a finalized state before they customize the PDF format -- making changes to an App after custom formatting can break it, unfortunately. I would add my vote to this. The Letter format wastes paper as it requires a 1 page PDF form to go over two pages.

I know this may not be ideal, and may not be what you are looking for, but is at least a work-around.
Depending on the software you use to handle PDFs, you may be able to download the PDFs and then use the "fit" option when printing to cause the PDF handler to fit the output onto whichever paper size you need. Most of the popular PDF viewers / editors out there provide an option like this.

Yep we have that on ours however all it does is fit the Letter Page to the A4 page. It does not allow you to fit more on the page than will fit on the Letter page which leaves you will a good amount of white space top and bottom. Its that 0.75 of an inch I am chasing plus it would look better. all that white space lessens the appearance of the the PDF.

Understood. Does your PDF handler have a reflow option available? If so, have you tried that? Depending on your output and your handler, it might look really bad, not too bad, or no different.
I know that is really reaching, and I agree that having the native page size support would be much better. Just trying to brainstorm and help if possible.
Having a few page size options would be great. A few of our 'paper' forms are 11x17 ledgers while a couple others are landscape legal 8.5x14. The smaller Letter size currently available just doesn't lend well to those forms. No mater how we try it the presentation leaves a lot to be desired.
