I'm having trouble with pulling data at a company level when using departments. I want a user account that can pull all the company level data without giving that user admin permissions.
I have made my user a company level reporter and they cannot get the data, but when I switch them to company admin they can. What am I doing wrong?

A user set as a Company Reporter should have access to Company submission data, be able to run Company reports, and export submissions for all departments.
This is different than a Department Reporter, who can only view and export submissions for the department to which they are assigned.
