I would like the ability to create a PDF document that shows multiple submissions. We use the app as a sign in sheet, and would like to create a PDF version that would include all the sign ins for the day. While we have the CSV document, the PDF format is easier for our records.
My company also has some apps that we needed to format this way. We use the Business Insights GoCanvas tool to download the submissions and then we use Mail Merge in Microsoft Word to pull data from the spreadsheet in a more organized way. Here's a website with some valuable information on Mail Merge. This does take some effort to set up the first time, and you will have to update the data manually every time you need to use it, but it's been effective for us and has allowed my company to set up more detailed and formatted reports by using Microsoft Word instead of the PDF designer in GoCanvas.
I just wanted to follow up with you and let you know I'm researching an integrated service through Zapier to determine if what they have to offer is worth exploring. What I'm trying to determine is if it would be any more beneficial than the Mail Merge solution that Estel suggested (Thank you, Estel!), or some formatting changes to the CSV in Excel.
