    Hi Bo,

Through Zapier, you can put all of your PDFs and images into one folder (so like one big GoCanvas folder). It would be a two-part Zap,w with one action putting the PDF in the folder.

Here's the action that puts the PDF in the GoCanvas folder:

And the second part that puts an image field into the same folder:

You'd need to do a separate action for each image field you want to put into that folder.

If you want things in individual folders (so one folder for each Submission), unfortunately, Zapier's Google Drive connection isn't smart enough to put things into folders that dynamically. I've been told that this is something our Professional Services team could tackle, so I'd encourage you to reach out to them at integrations@gocanvas.com if this is crucial to your workflow.

    Hope that helps!

An update here: I've actually now seen this work. The key is creating the folder based off a field first, then putting the PDF and images in that same folder. It goes something like this:

Use the GoCanvas Submission to create a folder in Drive (I've done mine based on the Submission ID):

Then put the PDF into that folder using the Custom Value option, and the ID (not the title) of the folder you created in step 1:

Then add another step that does the same thing with whatever image fields you have in the App:

Note that if you have more than one image field in the file upload, it will upload them as a zip file; if you want to avoid that, you'd need a step for each image in your App.
