Permanently deleted user
One of our users reported that they can view submissions and folders that does not belong to their Group.
We've checked their group settings and that app/folder is not included on their group but they can access it.
What could be the reason for this?

Howdy Chase,
Thanks for reaching out- if a user has a role of Company Reporter or Company Designer, they may be able to see folders or submissions that their group is not assigned to. Groups are simply a way of organizing your users for the purpose of publishing apps easily to them.
