App Access from Desktop

I have a user who I assigned an app to.  He can access and complete the app on his phone, but cannot access it on the GoCanvas web page. He can only see submissions from his account.  Is there a setting I am missing on the app? Thanks.

  • Howdy Chase!

    Submissions for form cannot be completed from the website. The forms can be edited using a Form Builder on the website, but only by Company Admins and Designers. Each user role has different levels of permissions for what they can see or interact with on the web portal.

    If your user would like to complete submissions from their computer, they can do so using the Windows Desktop Client! This can be downloaded from the link below:

    Please note that the Desktop Version of GoCanvas is only compatible with Windows systems, Version 7 or higher.
