I have a user who I assigned an app to. He can access and complete the app on his phone, but cannot access it on the GoCanvas web page. He can only see submissions from his account. Is there a setting I am missing on the app? Thanks.

Howdy Chase!
Submissions for apps cannot be completed from the website. The apps can be edited using the App Builder on the website, but only by Company Admins and Designers. Here is a link to a related Help Center topic with further information on User Roles:

If your user would like to complete Submissions for the app from their computer, they can do so using the Desktop Version of GoCanvas! The Desktop Version can be downloaded from the link below:
Please note that the Desktop Version of GoCanvas is only compatible with Windows systems, Version 7 or higher.

Didn't click the link to read the articles.. but I think Chase is referring to what the assigned user actually sees when he logs into gocanvas.com online.
The user roles determines what a person can and cannot see when they login in online. There are users, reporters, designers, and admins.
The users assigned level determines what they can see when they login. For each app you build, there is also options on the App 'More' settings page where you can select what the user can and cannot do to the submission (edit or delete).
