    Hi Anna,

    Thank you for pointing this out! I believe I understand what you're referring to, but please correct me if I'm wrong.

    There is a screen setting with a checkbox labeled "Show Screen Name". When unchecked, the subsequent disappearance of the screen name in the App Builder should potentially reflect its absence when filling out the app on your mobile device. This is misleading, since what it's actually doing is just removing the screen name from the Standard PDF.

    I'll be sure to pass this along to our Product Team, as we've had other users point this out as well. Thanks again for your feedback!

    Page headers and footers are built into the PDF designer. I've heard there are some changes coming like the ability to add page numbers but it doesn't sound like the ability to remove them completely is going to happen anytime soon.  

    GoCanvas can build a custom output for you without page headers/footers, if that is what you really need.

    I had a situation where my PDF output needed to look exactly like a government dictated form. GoCanvas was able to build a custom output that looked like an exact replica of the government form.
