Permanently deleted user
When looking at data exported in the excel spreadsheet every submission takes 4 rows. This is caused from the loop screens incorporated in the app. However, only one row is desired for each submission.

As you noticed, submissions that include Loop screens are exported with an additional row for each set of loop data within the resulting CSV file.
Could you please provide us with more details as to how you would like multiple instances of loop data to appear in a CSV file for a submission export?
