calendar

The calendar is a great tool however im having issues utilizing it to work in my industry - many of my work orders require a site visit and then parts ordered. we can schedule the site visit no issue however we normally keep that order open and then go back when parts arrive in order to put it on the calendar I have to recreate or un-assign edit and reassign. 

I think your missing this feature, all dispatches should be able to be dragged and dropped into calendar and also my clients email should be attached to the calendar event and they should get a email showing were on our way or that the job is scheduled. 

Three people have to be in the loop when it comes to service work - the dispatcher, the tech and the client.
