Hi Gareth,
It might be helpful to have "overdue" be a status as well, so it shows in that column. One work-around would be to export your Dispatches using the Export button at the bottom right of the Workflow & Dispatch page - then you could sort in Excel. Obviously a manual process, but might work to get you a regular glance at what's not done.
