Feedback

We have a problem with the Feedback function on the App.


1. It gives some choices that would be specific to an App (not all the Apps) however it applies to all so it's not very well worded.


2. Users are interfacing directly with GoCanvas when we want them to go through our own admin and support function first. This undermines the local support and raises (unwelcome) questions about the level of access Canvas support have to our data. Ideally, we would like to switch this off, or just send to admin (not GoCanvas), if this is unachievable then the first response should be to the Admin, not the user.

    Thank you for this detailed feedback! I can see how being able to specify an App for the 'Send Feedback' option within Settings would provide clearer details for troubleshooting. I can also see how being able to specify if the feedback should go exclusively to an Admin, or to GoCanvas Support as well, would be helpful. 

    I will be sure to share the feedback you have provided with our Development teams for their consideration.
