App's fields can be auto exported to reference data

Kindly try to create such feature as app's fields can be auntomatically exported to reference data.

For instance

I have an app which totally new app there is no reference Data attached with it. The App is of Dealers Detail Enrollment Page where various details like Dealer Name, Trade Name, Address, Etc., are to filled. So when all this things are filled and submitted, the app auto creates or add( for next dealer enrollment) to the reference data and thus the list of the dealers gets itself in the data sheet.

Later I have an another app which is say, Sales Order App, in this app at the time of selecting the dealer from whom we have received the order , we get its detail in the dropdown automatically without updating the reference data manually as the dealer that has been added in the former app was add to the reference data list automatically.
