Permanently deleted user
The view of each submission on the workflow screen of the mobile app is very limited and not description enough for what our internal employees need to process orders. Currently this is the data we see for each submission:
- assigned to
- assigned at
- handoff name
- no. (generated by GoCanvas)
We would prefer that each submission had the following:
- assigned to:
- assigned at:
- handoff name:
- contract #: (assigned from our customer service screen)
- company name: (assigned from customer info screen)
- salesperson: (assigned from customer info screen)
The contract # is the unique field our employees would use to associate orders. As it is now, there is a lot of extra digging and work required to identify this.

You should be able to do this now if you go into the app editor, navigate to the field(s) you want to include in the submission name, expand More and select to place the value in the submission name:
That won't update in the actual app. I already tried it. Here's the info I can see and none of this is editable currently.
