Re-Assignment via API

Currently Canvas allows the ability to re-assign a received dispatch via their Web Site but for some reason there is no feature to allow re-assignment of a received dispatch via Web Services API.

I'd like to encourage implementation of API feature for Re-assignment without workarounds. Curious of any feedback on re-assign feature from other Canvas users.
