None of my employees get notification tones

i have 25+ employees and none of them are getting notifications of a dispatch with any kind of ringtone or sound in general, iphone and android.

 

what am i missing? ive looked through all the sound setting and nothing gives me an answer.

    Hi there,

    That's a great question - you're not missing anything. Our notifications don't trigger sound notifications on either Android or iOS. That would be a great feature request though!
