It would be very helpful if there was a way to change what the default dispatch duration is when creating from the dispatch calendar. Right now it defaulted to a 2 hour window and we have to change it on every call/dispatch to 30 min.

Hi Jeff,
This is a great feature request, especially since it's something you can do in most calendars. I would recommend, if you're doing a bunch of dispatches and having this issue, that you use our bulk Dispatch feature - that way the duration is set when the Dispatches go into the system and you don't have to adjust them within the calendar. Just an option to consider. Thanks for your feedback!
