Edit the 'in progress' submission names

I am working on " ( Testing) MG Frame FPA Form - Copy" and the default save name for a partially completed submission is the answer to the first field on the app. I would rather have the default save name be the same as the submission name that is a concatenation of two fields in the middle of the first form. This would make it easier for our associates to complete the form and to return to partially completed submissions.
