    Hi Anthony,

There's not a way to Dispatch to a Loop right now. So, one solution would be to not use a Loop in this situation.

Another thing to consider from a high level is possibly Dispatching from a Google Sheet using Zapier. That would give you the ability to send out your App A Dispatches and send the App B information in a different way (via email maybe? Or even a text message). You could also have them sent to a google calendar, so they'd see it in that format and be able to click into each event to get more details. Just something to think about in the interested of not entering the data repeatedly.

Thank you for getting back to me,

I actually did change that around a bit, so in app B it now emails them copies of their overview instead of it handing off or dispatching it to them via app, so I submit a "Daily Job Sheet" Overview to them which gets emailed and then still type in each individual stop to them to provide work order information.

So to clarify at the the moment there is definitely no way from Canvas to Canvas with a loop screen to do this, but without the loop screen am i able to dispatch multiple "single" work order satisfaction forms (App A) from the single app (App B) Bc i was thinking if its the loop that is causing this issue what if i made a bunch of condition fields where you select the amount of stops instead of a loop screen would that allow me to do that?

If no, I think i see what you mean about the dispatching from google sheets, can this be done with Excel as well? This way i could just write it once in google sheets, copy and paste the brief description dispatch information for App A into App B Excel and upload it & that would remove the double entries although having to go through a different application to do so is that correct?

The solution you've described with the conditions should work. The Dispatch screen will show all the possible fields, so you could totally populate as many as needed.

You can Dispatch from Excel using our Bulk Dispatch feature (https://help.gocanvas.com/hc/en-us/articles/115006630607-How-to-bulk-upload-Dispatches). The benefit of using GoogleSheets in combination with Zapier is you really only have to do it once. Once you have the data in the sheet, you can send it different places using different Zaps. For example, here's a zap that creates a Dispatch based on someone filling in a specific field: https://help.gocanvas.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360007654133-Cloud-Based-Dispatch. So you could have something like that running to App A, and then have a different zap use that same data to send an email (somewhat like this: https://help.gocanvas.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360001676713--Can-submitted-photos-be-included-as-attachment-in-emails-?page=1#community_comment_360000590454).

But your recommendation totally works as well and is a great solution!

I am in the same boat as Anthony. Dispatching looped data with zapier would solve several other problems I have - like multiple PDFs. Is this an issue that GoCanvas can fix or is it a Zapier issue?

    Hey Chris,

Sorry - answered the wrong question here originally. I do think it's a little bit of both; from a logic standpoint, I don't think there's a way for Zapier to know how to direct looped data. Part of that is how GoCanvas constructs loops, as well as the whole notion of a loop in general.
