There are some tickets / submissions that wind up being almost identical with very few changes (maybe date, time, ticket number, customer, location, etc.)
It would be awesome if you could keep the existing mobile edit functionality, but add another option (maybe mobile template or mobile copy or something) to allow a completely new submission but with the values from the submission chosen out of the history list pre-populated in there.
Then the user could just edit the small number of fields needed to make the submission unique and then submit again.
This would save a lot of time.
