zoom reference photo

It would be great to be able to zoom the reference photo and then be able to draw on it as well.  We have one customer that demands their own form be used by our techs.  It doesn't give all the detail that our app does but if we don't also submit their form they won't pay.  It would be great to be able to load it as a reference photo that would allow the tech to zoom and initial their boxes so it could be submitted with our normal submission to the customer.  I have tried uploading the form but the print is so small it can't be read and if for sure couldn't be initialed line by line.  - Thanks!
