Expand The Restart App After Completion Option To Work With Dispatches

We have some apps that don't work unless they begin with a dispatch (on purpose).

The "Restart App After Completion" option on the Settings screen of GoCanvas causes submissions to quickly upload / sync a subset of the items included in a normal sync operation and then opens another submission in the same app.

In our case, that option basically takes the users to a broken shell with nothing in it instead of being helpful.

It would be nice to add 2 sub-options to the "Restart App After Completion" option for:

• Move To Next Dispatch
• Return To Dispatch Queue

This would allow the feature to be useful for quite a few more use cases.
