Hi all,
Just wanted to circle back on this topic and share that we released an update this weekend to allow Checkbox fields to be required as checked, per the original feature request! Here's a little preview:
We hope this makes your experience getting customers to agree to things like Terms and Conditions, waivers, etc. easier than before. Thanks for your feedback, as always.

nevermind dumb question figured it out by using multiple choice and using checkbox feature

Not a dumb question, David! Our multiple choice/checkboxes/drop down situation is a little confusing. Glad you got it sorted though :)
