Admin - Alphabetic Sorting of App Folders when assigning to Users

When selecting a user account and reviewing their group/app assignments, the list Groups and Apps sort alphabetically but the Folders of apps do NOT sort alphabetically. The folders seem to sort based on the date on which they were created.
