Our field leaders would like to go back into forms from previous version and make edits. When will this feature become available? We are consistently making changes to our mobile forms to capture different information, and our field leaders get upset that they can't go back into there previous from to make changes due to the versioning changing.

This is a previously existing feature request: https://help.gocanvas.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360000695247-Enable-Mobile-Editing-on-Submissions-for-previous-app-versions-. I'd recommend upvoting that so as to consolidate the vote total.
