When a user has access to may apps the list can become convoluted and difficult to identify commonly used apps. Separating apps into specific folders can help reduce the clutter and help with finding a specific application, but now we've increased the number of clicks and reduced efficiency. There should be a way to "star" or "mark as favorite" so those specific apps show up first for that user every time.

I was just going to add this. As a developer of apps used across our company, I have access to 100s of apps but I'm often only focused on 2 or 3 at any given time. This would be very helpful.
