PDF Designer - Drag and Drop Fields Anywhere and Provide Resize and Rotation Handles

It would be great if you could drag and drop your fields / objects / data anywhere in PDF Designer instead of only using the areas / sections / etc.  Maybe this could be accomplished with a global "Snap-To-Grid" check box that allows toggling this feature off or on as needed.

Having resize and rotation handles for the objects / data points would be very helpful as well.
