Allow Assignment of Old App Versions and Orphaned Records

Background / Conditions:

If:

• The GoCanvas web UI is used to un-assign one or more apps from a user while leaving one or more apps assigned to the same user
• There are previous versions of the app(s) that the user is still assigned to
• There are open dispatch(es) / ticket(s) in the user's queue for the app(s) that the user is still assigned to

Then:

• The un-assigned app(s) will be successfully un-assigned from the user
• The open dispatch(es) from the previous version(s) of app(s) that are still assigned to the user will be orphaned.
• You can search for and find the orphaned dispatch(es) in the workflow and dispatch screen
• You don't have the ability to get the orphaned dispatch(es) re-attached to the user even though the user may be assigned to the current version of the app(s) that correspond to the orphaned dispatch(es)

It would be very nice if you could:

• Assign previous version(s) of app(s) to the necessary user(s) so that their orphaned dispatch(es) would once again be available to them. (or at least allow the successful re-assignment of it/them to the user)

It would also be very nice if the app assignment tools in the web UI (both from the user angle and from the app angle) would either give the option to include or exclude previous app version(s) in the assignment / un-assignment operation - or at least have the option to not alter any previous app version(s) assignment(s) so that previous version(s) assignment(s) would not be orphaned.

I know this is convoluted, but I hope it makes sense.
