    Hi Paul,

    Is it happening for all of your users on different iPads? I'm wondering if it's something weird with the version of iOS (it looks like everyone who's logged in recently is on the updated version of GoCanvas, otherwise I'd look there as well). Could you have the people having problems update their iOS to 11.3 (or even 11.4 which apparently was released yesterday)? Let me know if that doesn't help and we'll turn this over to the Support Team.
