The search function works inconsistently on the submission page.
I select the form I want to search, and enter a number that I KNOW is a submission ID. No result is returned.
If I skip the search and just flip through the pages, I find the form on page 12.
This is happening on a regular basis where some forms can be found and others can not. Please let me know what I can do to find the forms I'm searching for.
Happy to clarify. There's a search limit on the basic search of the most recent 500 submissions. It sounds like that submission has exceeded that limit.
I'd recommend using the advanced search option if you're looking for submissions that aren't recent. If you use the advanced search option and put in an appropriate date range, and paste that number into the Submission ID field, it will come up properly.
