Rearrange Loop Rows

Ability to rearrange rows in a loop grid. For Example.  Adding an additional shift for the same employee would add the new shift to the bottom of the list.  The ability to rearrange so that the employees times are adjacent would help with the processing of the information whether it be in print or digital if the information is able to be grouped.

  Agreed.  Drag and drop, click a column header to sort, or specify a "sort number" column with a refresh button or any other way would be helpful.

  Being able to sort a loop based on either the loop key field or another field inside the loop would be stellar!  It will add a needed level of professionalism to the custom pdf reports.

  Any word on whether this feature will be adopted or considered in the near future.  This is the one thing holding back more of my management team from using it, because of the potential confusion not having similars being grouped together.  Please update us on this.  Thank you!

  It seems that 12 months later and no action on this feature? The lack of this feature is holding back the effective use of the app for a courier business where a single customer receives deliveries from multiple consignors.  Couriers require a single sign-off for customers and having their deliveries spread down throughout the loop grid is just not workable.

  Agree that being able to sort loop items and change their order after the fact would be amazing (inside the app and on the PDF). I'd say it's needed based on what I'm seeing above. Many times a surveyor will forget to enter an item and do so at the end of the loop. It's important that the item be able to be moved into its proper position after the fact because the order of the items matters in our business.

  Thank you each for taking the time to comment and upvote on this feature request! I can assure you that items from the Community and other feedback get reviewed on a regular basis (we're actually coming up on our roadmap planning in a few weeks).

  Greater functionality with rearranging data on a loop grid is not directly on the roadmap at this time, but we do recognize the challenges that this feature would solve and it is being actively considered by our Development teams.
