For Handoffs to Android devices when indicating “Both” we would like the notification to be sent by email as well as to the device
One of our APPs “Engineering Defect Report” is for notifying the Engineering Dept on factory breakdowns via handoff – if they are not monitoring the APP then there are delays in follow-up which can delay production

This is really in important feature to ensure workflow actually flows. Everyone sitting at their computer right now has a tab open to their email, or at the very least, notifications enabled for new emails. It's counter-productive to ask managers to check their phones every 15 minutes for Canvas updates. Enabling an email notification would create a ensure that managers, who don't really use the Canvas platform with the exception of dispatch, would be notified within their current workflow.
