I am trying to set up GoCanvas with my Dropbox, but it is not working. I am trying to direct it to go to our GoCanvas folder that we created, but it keeps on creating its own.

Is the folder that you're trying to route this to native to the Dropbox account that was authenticated on GoCanvas, or is it a folder that was shared to that Dropbox? If it is a folder that was shared to that drive, you'll need to disconnect your integration and then re-authenticate on the account that 'owns' the folder.
This is the most common issue for the folder duplication that you're describing, and it applies to Box and Google Drive as well. Let me know if you don't think this is the case and we can continue to investigate.
