Why is my logo showing up blurry?

I uploaded a logo on the customization page but when I look at the PDF it's all blurry. When I take the same image and upload it directly to the PDF the image shows up great. Is there something not working right with the account level? The image is pretty big, so I don't think it's an issue with resolution.

    Hi Hector,
    The issue would be the uploaded logo is very large in size.
    The following are the size requirements for custom account logo is:
    Image must be less than or equal to 60 pixels high.
    Image must be less than or equal to 200 pixels wide.

    If you update logo with above size requirements and re-upload, it will resolve the issue.
