Such a great question, Ashley! You can Mirror within a Loop, but you can't Mirror things from in a Loop to somewhere outside of the Loop.
One cool thing is you can Mirror your Loop's key field onto the Loop screen. So if I have a short text field for the key field, and I enter a value, that value will show with that iteration of the Loop. Here's what that looks like:
