Permanently deleted user
It would be really handy & nice if there was a report that I could pull weekly to see what forms each user has been submitting - by the type of app/form.
We currently track this ourselves on a excel spreadsheet that I have to fill out daily as I receive completed/approved forms from the employees - so we know which employee is NOT using the apps and should be.
Since the reports that you currently have do not really supply any important information why not this?

This is a great request! There are some (kind of long, laborious) work-arounds for this, but this is one of the rare times that I'm not going to post a lengthy explanation of a complex Zapier integration.
One thing I would recommend, if you aren't already using it, is checking out our Business Insights tool (learn more), because it might be able to automate some of your manual process here. It would allow you to download the Submission data quickly, and from there you could create some dashboards that would give you the data you're looking for (full disclosure, I am NOT an Excel expert, but I have seen it done).
