It would be nice to be able to submit a request to have the system do a bulk csv data export for something in the event that the data being looked at exceeds what can be pulled normally; e.g. say there are 40,000 entries for an app that was built, since pulling all of that at once would cause a significant burden on the servers it would make sense to *not* do that in an ad hoc style, but having the option to run it as a batch that goes into a queue that only runs at specific scheduled times of the day (say every 4-6 hours maybe?) would minimize the burden assumed by your servers by knowing that X amount of requests for Y amounts of data are wanted in that batch period which would then make it possible to load balance resources accordingly in order to accommodate the requests.
While the above is a hypothetical, I continually run into the same search limit wall when trying to export data for our project managers and the like the fact that I encounter the same problems is starting to really chafe on me. Granted they don't make requests like this frequently, the obstacles that I encounter are almost always the same, so it would be nice if there was a way for me to get the data without as quickly as possible as I rarely am afforded the luxury of being able to wait multiple days for something that they need nigh immediately in the event a support ticket is required.
Since this ultimately ties back to the search functionality that is being improved, I would also suggest having someone with a UX background review how exactly your search functionality is laid out. There is no verbiage or indications anywhere that I can see on the site itself that explains the amount and types of data that can be exported via whatever method. Since I've found 3 different point that I can use to pull data out of your system with nothing on any of those points that indicate their respective limitations, if feels like it could be greatly simplified by using a singular point of export/query with adequate indications on the limitations related to the method of export/query.

Hi Devin,
Thanks for your detailed (and very considerate of our servers) feedback. Would you like to be included when we get the new search functionality ready for beta testing? That way you'd be able to let us know directly if the experience is, in fact, improved for you (and if not, how we can make it better).
Thanks!
I have requested that at the behest of our rep already, so if I find anything I'll make sure to let everyone know.
