In the GoCanvas mobile app, is there any way to disable the "history" option? We are currently using per device licensing in which we are warehouse guys are using GoCanvas to fill out common forms (daily inspections, etc). warehouseman share the mobile devices we are using. We are considering using GoCanvas forms for semi-confidential information and we'd like to prevent our warehouseman from using the history function to retrieve the forms other users are filling out.

So, while you can't disable History itself on the app, you CAN disable the ability for the user to view past submissions of any given app.
You can adjust this under the "Edit and View" setting (located under Apps>Click the Name of the app on our website). If you remove the ability for the user to view or edit on mobile, they won't be able to open old submissions.
You can also take it a step further and open the History on each device and adjust the filters to not show history for any given app, but anyone who is really looking for something could figure out how to turn that back on. So I would advise to do both of these items if feasible.
